At Caliber Car Wash, I serve as General Manager, focusing on operational leadership, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Previously, at Waterworx Car Wash, I advanced from Supervisor to General Manager, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to professional growth. I parted ways for a higher paying opportunity with Caliber Car Wash.
My approach emphasizes fostering a positive work culture, achieving key performance metrics, and optimizing operational efficiency. I am driven to contribute to organizational success while empowering team members to reach their fullest potential. My goal professionally remains to grow the company I serve and develop strong, high-performing teams. My goal personally is to continue to be coached and developed to advance my career in management.
I started with Caliber as an Assistant manager. 5 months later the company moved me to a busier site and promoted me to a Multi-Site Senior Assistant Manager. My career continued and 10 months later I became a General Manager. My priority is company growth through member base, and coaching/development of my team members. I am skilled in profit and loss management (P&L), KPI reporting, and budget management. I handle claims, hiring, terminations, maintenance and repair, and team training.
I was hired as a Supervisor, 1 week later the company promoted me to Assistant Manager. About a month later, I was promoted to General Manager. I left this job due to being offered a higher paying job at a different employer.
handled scheduling, hiring, terminations, and customer difficulties. This was the beginning of my management career.
