In the role at Lodestone True North, a dynamic business coaching firm during its startup phase, a diverse range of responsibilities was undertaken.

This included:

• Assumed Accountant duties. This involved overseeing budgets, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable, culminating in preparation of accurate financial statements at end of each month/quarter. Financial analyses were conducted, providing data-driven recommendations and preparing reports and projections. Expenses were reduced by 45%
• Firm administration was managed, overseeing IT devices, client scheduling, and cultivating client relationships.
• Additionally, conceptualization, planning, and execution of original designs for company website were spearheaded, actively directing and curating website content.
• Taking charge of all marketing initiatives, new brand book was developed, social media and website posts were managed, and Google ads were orchestrated.
• Orchestrating networking events to foster connections among Akron area businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Episodes for "Business Broken To Smokin'" podcast, catering to business owners and entrepreneurs, were produced, edited, and posted. Viewership increased by 300%

• Process all college requisitions and Purchase Orders.
• Oversee and implement campus wide credit card system with Capital One MasterCard.
