Contractor for Department of the Army Human Resources/Military Personnel Division, Verifying Official, Site Security Manager for DEERS/ID Cards (06/21/2022 to Present) –Human Resources Specialist (Military), Redstone Arsenal, Duties:
- Quality control agent for in/out-processing briefings and subsequent checklists following up with Serves internal and external customers providing quality, timely and accurate service.
- Serves as Verifying Official for site 102080, and processes CAC/ID Cards, for authorized personnel (Service Members, DoD Civilians, Retirees, Family Members, and Contractors).
- Conducts personnel action tracking and administrative record keeping confirming all customer documents are properly annotated and saved digitally.
- Manages special projects ensuring all accuracy of information and guaranteeing completion prior to any given suspense date.
- Processes coordinates, validates, and ensures effective operations of one or more Military Personnel programs but not limited to Defense Enrollment Eligibility Report System (DEERS), Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS), Common Access Card (CAC), and Military Identification Cards, Comprehensive Enterprise Analytics System (CEAS).
- Functions as a liaison between verifying officials Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), and DEERS Project Officer.
- Responsible for making sure that there are sufficient supplies of card stock and consumables on site by ordering and controlling the card stock and consumables.
- As Site Security Manager incumbent is responsible for scheduling appointments, site settings, site information, appointment settings, walk-in hours, e-mail notifications RAPIDS Site Maintenance Tool.
- Review/validates reports, for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of information. Maintains and validates authorization document changes and ensures changes are correctly reflected in supporting systems.
- Utilizes Inventory Logistics Portal (ILP) to track consumables and card stock progress and shipments, CACs are checked, accepted and opening in the ILP ensuring changed from shipped to receive. Ensures daily, weekly, monthly, and annual CAC reports are validated for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of information.
- Develops, updates, and maintains procedural and policy guidance, including distribution of policy. Provides analysis or completion rates for processing timelines and accuracy.
- Coordinates with tenant organizations/commands to ensure Soldier deficiencies have been addressed and corrected.
- Utilizes Installation Support Module software/databases to ensure checklists are in compliance with applicable Department of the Army regulations and local policies.
- Provides oversight and processes Soldier Permanent and Temporary Change of Station Orders, and processes family travel requests for overseas assignment areas.
- Ensures that orders production/orders logs are processed IAW applicable regulations and policies. Perform Record Reviews and updates (SRB/ORB/DD93).
- Adheres to stipulated Common Levels of Support when processing personnel actions and awards.
