Meet and greet all visitors that come into the hospital. Make patients feel welcome as they check in for their appointments. Register each patient that comes into the hospital, labs, radiology, therapy and speciality clinics. Register all emergency room visits and med/surg visits as needed. Operate multi line phones, copy machine, fax machine. Proficiency in filing, recording insurance information and personal data. Customer service, dealing with people that may have just received bad news with caring and understanding.

Ran my own business. Took care of children while their parents were working. Cleaning, cooking, changing diapers, and loving kids. Kept paperwork for the state of Kansas and the food program with precision. Playing , loving, and interacting with parents or whoever came to pick up drop off or had questions concerning my business. Answered phones, scheduled visits, did interviews for potential families. Customer service for everyone and anyone who entered my home.
