Operated as a general manager for crash champions. Pan American collision was purchased by the major collision company Crash AUG 2022.

Built a team from scratch of motivated, positive game changers. Managed profit and loss reports and maintained goals in profitability without compromise to customer experience or vehicle repair quality. Engaged with my team and learned new ways to motivate them. Maintained employee retention of 97% up to closure of California for covid-19. Developed very strong skills in employee engagement, motivation and customer experience. Stayed operational during CA closures while maintaining customer experience standards with new obstacles.

While operating this position I am proud of what I have achieved. Building a team that has such a positive culture is one of the most fulfilling things I have accomplished in my career. During my time as a leader with Pan American I have been able to create and promote other leaders that are now taking charge with Crash Champions. The relationships I made with others in the collision industry have helped Pan American Stay in a profitability positive position during one of the hardest times the company has seen. these referral relationships kept the company alive and employees able to not only stay employed but strive during economic hard times.

Coordinated collision repairs while Developing previously neglected referral relationships with insurance partners and built a book of business to the stores capacity. This was a very important part of my career as I was able to create a positive customer experience under very different circumstance that were in place. Helped current management develop procedures and process to streamline a very unorganized production system.

An interesting achievement During my time with Serviceking. I developed and managed the Collision program for the goggle autonomous driving vehicles. It was a very delicate time for Google garage as they were piloting autonomous vehicle is the city of mountain view. At the time Goggle (egg ) cars were not a normal type of repair and required an outside the box approach on repairs. this due to zero visibility being allowed to outside sources and zero oem procedures available.

Trained several collision estimators while handling a separate book of business as a collision estimator myself. Focused team on creating a positive customer experience and completing repair plan per oem specifications. Learned how to set the entire shop operation to be profitable without sacrificing repair quality or customer experience.

This portion of my career was cut short due to an unplanned event in life keeping me from contributing to the team.

Coordinated repairs, built repairs plans to oem specifications while creating a positive experience for guest. Completed billing of collision repairs directly to insurance partners while documenting repairs accuracy for guest.

Ordered,mirror match and inventory of a high volume fast paced production facility.

Developed dealer/shop relationships for whole sale discounts. Held daily meetings with production teams for inventory request and order priorities. Managed specific relationships to ensure dealer referral network of oem certifications. Coordinate training and tool required for oem certifications

Inspected suspension and exhaust systems to determine needed repairs. Completed vehicle suspension alignments and replacement of collision caused damages.

Learned the entire process of paint preparation and prepared vehicle for refinish as a team. Worked in the department as an apprentice all the way to application before moving on with my learnings.

Completed Quality control inspections off all vehicle through the detail department. Inspected all aspects of repairs for completion for imperfections. Built reports for production team to coordinate deliveries of vehicles.
