- Barbacks used to get ice and enough materials for the Bar and Help Bartenders.
- Barback's work was to do batching and labelling cocktails.
- Cutting fruits, storing wine, refilling batches of cocktails, etc. used to be the side work.
- In summer, the pool was quite busy, we had to make double batches of each cocktail and Pina colada and Skinny Margarita were the Bestsellers of the Season.
