Provide excellent customer service for physical therapy, occupational therapy and pediatric patients as evident in ongoing Press Gainey comments

Registration for new patient evalation making sure insurance, address and phone numbers are current.

Schedule follow up appointments for each of disciplines. New evaluations require an additional active request so that visits line up with the therapist plan of care.

Order supplies

Authorizations for workers compensation patients, HMO and Cencal patients. Primary scheduler for Cottage Health injured workers.

Fill therapists in order to provide the greatest productivity

Reschedule appointments when therapist calls out

Complete the DAR the day before to ensure patients are covered by insurance.

Collect payments and match with billing and forward to Cashier

Communication with Cottage Navigation Center regarding changes

Process workflows in OnBase with new orders

Assist therapists with schedule and act as a go between them and management

Coordinate with doctor offices regarding RX, x-rays, and patient notes or operative report.
