I gained lots of insight into the operations of the service industry by handling customer satisfaction through both providing a clean and enjoyable shopping experience by making sure the store was in proper working order by making sure all items were located in there designated positions on the shelves and operating the front cash register when checking out many people at a time, both handling transactions and bagging groceries.

• I worked as both a sandwich artist and a maintenance worker for a time at subway, keeping the restaurant clean and orderly by performing various tasks such as washing dishes, cleaning tables and windows, refilling food on the sandwich line, and also making the sandwiches and becoming familiar with food handling

• I worked as a salad maker and dishwasher and mainly do cleaning procedures such as sweeping, mopping and cleaning the food line

• I worked as a volunteer at a senior care home called the Garden Grove healthy aging Center for 2 days and am familiar with senior care
