My best assets come from the sheer fact that I really love what i do. Unlike most people in similar positions, I thrive on going above and beyond what is considered adequate care. Holding the trust of my patient's and team members in this regard keeps me in a rigger's account in punctuality, dependability and accountability. My philosophy is "Kindness is free" This makes my job very rewarding . I do believe I have one special skill, a God given skill. The ability to see myself in those I care for. No one loves or cares for ones self the way "YOU" do. I do think this skill puts me one step closer though. I began this type of work in my early 20s and in some form have continued for the past 25+ years from hospital, hospice home heath care, nursing homes even tried my hand at EMT once upon a time..
