Summary

Capable of following directions as well as distributing. With the background of growing up around Semis, farming and animals it has allowed a natural balance between "office work" and "outside work." Working at By Design Steel consisted of towing gooseneck trailers, haul equipment, training to get a CDL license so it put skills that were learned while working on the ranch to the test. As well as work in the shop and field, working in the office was important as well by keeping track of inventory and maintenance in spreadsheets. Being skilled in maintenance of diesel engines as part of growing up, it was natural to be a parts runner for a diesel mechanic to gain further knowledge of parts for vehicles, how and where to get them. Every job retained, has fine tuned everything learned in early development. It would be helpful to gain knowledge in fields known and unknown.
