I began playing instruments in middle school, specifically when I was 11 years old. I started off playing the tenor sax and taught myself how to play the piano and clarinet. played for Jazz At Lincoln Center from the age of 12-15. After that, I played more recreational than professionally and still do today. I stopped playing professionally to focus on my education. It's definitely something that brings me peace and enjoyment. I've always had an ear for music!
