General Manager
1 Year 5 MonthsLead all aspects of the business top to bottom through my leadership team. Since being in this role I have hired and trained two new to Ulta Beauty managers. I have been able to develop and internally promote five staff members into new positions. I currently am on a stretch assignment within our district for Process/Operations. With this stretch assignment I support my peers with any process issue they may be having. I do so by following company protocol and explaining the whys and how they can explain the whys to their team to ensure they are on process and functioning as efficiently as possible.
Executive Team Leader - Sales Floor
14 Years 10 Months- I have worked for Target for over 14 years. During this time I have worked in every area/facet within the store. I have been in management since August of 2011. I have been in my current role(Executive Team Lead/Assistant Store Manager) since December of 2018. I managed teams daily to maintain store operations. I am also in charge of talent management, hiring, scheduling, talent development of both team members and team leaders. Through leadership I have grown the business of our local Target to be one of the highest grossing stores in the company. Led departments to consistently rank in the top ten company-wide. Grew the business by developing relationships with my team and leaders and fostering an inclusive and results-driven culture.
