I am a senior at Brookings Harbor High School. I am passionate about fitness and overall health. I am a self-starter, enjoy helping people, have integrity, and always strive to do my best. I workout consistently, 3-5 times a week. Along with maintaining a healthy diet and keeping track of consumed nutritional content with the goal of balance.
