  • Performing duty of Salesforce Solutions Admin & Developer under the Enterprise Apps Team under IT umbrella.
  • Selling Motion Stages - Worked with business and team architect to implement new selling stages across Illumio. Introduced new stages, data patch activities, custom triggers to facilitate the new changes on opportunity to quote flow.
  • CPQ & Advanced Approvals - Implemented parallel and linear approvals across Illumio's global sales region including auto approvals, discount threshold approvals. Improvised tiered discount to facilitate new SKUS for Illumio product map, introduced tier based discounts, uplift selling motion with flexible product discount logic.
  • Dynamic Contract Alerts - Illumio historical has been using a static OOTB contract templates. Using custom logic, triggers, light css work partnering with branding team. Implemented dynamic contract generation for customers, this way we were able to delineate between services and subscription contracts. This was a customer facing change which was appreciated across RevOps, CSoPs and CFO staff.
  • APEX Refactoring - Illumio was facing CPU time limit and processing errors this was impacting imports of leads from marketo, zoom info and also opportunity closer errors. Conducted tech-debt analysis and consolidated all process builders, flows into Apex Triggers with proper micro-services methods using custom meta data settings. This reduced the processing time from 20seconds to under 10seconds. This has reduced the number of errors by atleast 75%. Marketo and Zoom info integration has also come into a healthier state with more trust about information flowing into Salesforce.
  • Partner Management (Impartner) - The current PRM solution that was built out, has no proper way of tracking and nurturing partner deals in Salesforce. Involved in implementing Impartner tool for partner management. This is replacing the legacy solution resulting into better lead to opportunity tracking for partner deals.
  • Salesforce Security Shield - Working with VP of Security on implementing Event Monitoring module to track data downloads and login activities related to users. This is a major initiative as Illumio is prepping for IPO readiness.
  • OwnBackup - Integrated OwnBackup as an automatic backup solution in case for disaster recovery for Illumio's Salesforce org. This initiative will also play a big role in any major system and tool rollouts integrating into Salesforce for any data patch and retention activities.

Integrated Talend's training module with assistance from engineering team for customers to track latest Talend Cloud and On-prem latest feature. Implemented intercom integration with salesforce for live agent chat support. Implemented Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case entry and manual case entry for entering customer's cases using email2case premium application (3rd party App)
  • Marketing Cloud - Assisted in migration from HubSpot to Marketo replacing Talend's Marketing automation tool. Assisted in multiple marketing initiated project for data enrichment and campaign management.
  • Channel Sales - Assisted in implementation of Impartner to support Talend's Channel sales activities to support partner generated deals.
  • Lightning Migration & Acquisitions (Restlet and Stitch Data) - Involved in the migration of Restlet and Stitch Data's Salesforce instance to Talend's Salesforce ecosystem. Took consultative approach in designing best practices of Contract, Account and Deal migration to avoid data pollution in Talend's Salesforce system. Build multiple lightning components to combine multiple VF pgs for better user experience. Introduced guide path selling org-wide as part of Lightning migration. Implemented customer community on napili template and integrated backend LMS system in Salesforce partnering with engineering team. Rolled out lightning orgwide in 5months from start to finish in phased launch, Sales to Service.   • Salesforce and Jira Integration - Worked on integrating Salesforce and Jira using a 3rd party tool called zAgile. This was a critical initiative for CS team to track all customer related bugs and enhancement requests. This integration was a bi-directional sync where users were able to create/update tickets from either environment. Created Apex Trigger which ran on all inbound transactions of all types of cases web-to-case, email-to-case were all fed back into salesforce creating a Jira issue, which was integrated back to Jira using zAgile's integration.
  • Salesforce Security Shield - Implemented event monitoring, data masking modules of Salesforce's Security Shield feature. Developed custom transaction policies to monitor and log data activities performed by users. Developed custom policies to track login events from users to monitor login breaches. Developed real-time alert mechanism to the CISO teams for any ghost activities performed in Salesforce ecosystem. This feature also played a huge part in making Talend GDPR compliant.
  • Gainsight - Assisted CS team in integrating and implement GainSight for Customer 360 health.
