I am dedicated individual with a diverse background in both Dental and Real estate fields. I started my educational journey in India, pursuing a degree in Dental studies. My passion for oral health and dentistry led me to work as a Dental assistant in 2001, where I likely gained valuable experience assisting an orthodontist in providing care to patients. However, I discovered another passion and talent in the Real estate industry. In 2013, I ventured into Real estate, working as a Realtor with KW Realty. As a realtor, I proved to be an asset to my clients, utilizing my expertise and understanding of the market to help many buyers and sellers in their Real estate transactions. My dedication to my clients' needs and my exceptional negotiating skills likely played a significant role in their successful purchases and sales. Driven by my ambition and desire to create my path, I took a bold step and established my own real estate company, SSRS Real Estates. This entrepreneurial endeavor allowed me to focus on land acquisitions and sales. My expertise in identifying profitable opportunities in vacant lots and my strategic approach to negotiations led to the successful closure of approximately 150 vacant lots. My ability to see the potential in undeveloped properties and turn them into lucrative deals showcased my shrewd business acumen and knowledge of the real estate market.
