Open grievance concerns from offenders. Assign grievances to the correct department who can either resolve or deny them. Entry data information into O-track and UDOCA (offenders personal accounts). Took minutes for the Warden, Captains and OMR meetings. Sent letters to offenders letting them know if there grievance was resolved or denied. Answered phones, data entry, scanning documents and emailing.
