I did paperwork to get approval for signature and car title loans from $50-$500 also we had something called a collection debt box meaning that some customers would be 30, 60, or 90 days behind in their payments and we would call these customers and give them a chance to pay before we actually sent the unpaid loans to collections. I noticed that most of our customers were elderly so I talk to my boss and I came up with a program where we could go pick up the customers payments that were not able to come to us. The idea was a hit which later turned into us receiving incentives.
