Designed and developed business website (WordPress) as well as marketing and advertising, including paid social media boosting. While serving in all my other roles, I simultaneously served as a personal case manager to family member that was an ex-convict, ex drug addict and later diagnosed with dementia and pancreatic cancer. Oversaw individual’s health, coping skills, and reintegration into community where possible. Supervised behavioral health regimen, coordinated social services with case workers and facilitated court matters and mediation. Liaised with primary care and medical specialists, and provided end-of-life care, sacrificing professional business opportunities to provide compassionate, quality care.
