Served as sales associate at Adidas, primarily in the footwear department. During my time there, I was stationed mainly in the footwear department, where I would make sure the area was maintained and looked presentable, whether that was straightening shoe boxes or picking up trash off the floor.

I also made sure I was available to assist any customers who had questions or simply needed help with anything, from showing them where a specific shoe is to helping them find the style and look they’re going for.

Helped customers find unique vintage clothing. Shared knowledge about different fashion styles and time periods. Set up displays, tagged and priced clothes, and kept the store clean and organized. Posted about new items and sales on social media. Worked well with the team to make sure the store ran smoothly. Helped increase sales by giving outfit tips and suggesting extra items.

Helped customers find the right sneakers and gear, whether they were shopping for style, sports, or everyday use. Gave honest advice on fit, comfort, and what looked good. Ran the register, handled returns, and kept the sales floor clean and organized. Restocked shelves, set up displays, and worked with the team to keep things running smoothly especially during busy times. Talked to customers about sales and rewards programs. Overall I Made sure everyone felt welcome and I personally gained great knowledge about shoes and how to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
