Accomplishments

  • Coordinated in Grand Opening the #1 Commitment to Plan Store in 2006 (Company Plan for us was $7MM but we made $8MM in 7 months; were trending to do $14MM prior to me moving to the Las Vegas Market).
  • Directed a team to become the #1 Average Sales Per Transaction Store in the Region ($57 per transaction) out of 65 Stores and #5 in the Company out of 410 Stores in 2007.
  • Guided a Team from October 2008-October 2009, to the #1 Customer Service Store in the Company.
  • Turned around a Store that had a 2.52 Inventory Loss; worse in the Company 60+ year History.
  • During my time in the Retail Industry, I have helped in managing a Sales Volume ranging from $1.6MM a year, to $42MM a year (2,000 sq.ft.-175,000 sq.ft.; up to 400 Employees reporting to me).

Additional Information

  • Left Dick's Sporting Goods in 2009 to take care of my Mother that lived with me in the Las Vegas Market. I worked a Part-Time job at Red Wings Shoes (Store now closed) to supplement my income.
  • Decided to leave Banana Republic Factory Store in May 2014 to pursue District Manager options.
  • Though I was a successful District Manager, due to Corporate Budget cuts, my position in the Las Vegas Market was eliminated before the start of the 4th Quarter 2016.
  • Due to Budget cuts with True Religion Brand Jeans, my position was eliminated. I worked a Part-Time Job with Smith's Food and Drug from March 2020-January 2022.
