• ACLS Certified to run emergency codes with provider
• Supply all drugs and equipment for nerve blocks, spinals, epidurals, arterial lines, brain monitoring , fluid warmers, clear sites, ultra sounds machines, Belmont, IV's, pediatric specialty also
• Keep medication and specialty carts updated and stocked
• Work closely with Pre/Post and PACU throughout the day
• Maintain machinery with current maintenance, proper gases filled and in working order for no delays in suites.

• Super user in Epic charting for anesthesia or Citrix

• Currently use Epic software to prepare daily surgical schedule for anesthesia provides to choose cases for next day.
• Work closely with clinic directors to coordinate staffing numbers and availability of providers with case experience
• Contact and travel to each provider to go over the list of picking order and choices for skill & needs
• Constantly checking updates to maintain correct number of staff and surgical rooms are covered
• Monitor changes in patient care needs to providers specialties and requests
• Answer phones for incoming scheduling issues and changes for next day hand off to Clinical Director

• Process all billing and payroll for an aero space engineer company
