Brought Sliver Drumming program to VASA beginning with no student attendance. I have grow the class to an average of thirteen members per week.
Volunteered with the 4-H organization for more than fourteen years. Teaching cooking, baking, crochet and many skills associated with Animal production and showing.
I enjoy a personal three day a week weight training regime. Programming aimed at keeping myself strong and pain free as I age. Including two to three days of cardio for cardiovascular health. Along with teaching yoga three times a week I'm working towards the five components of fitness. Muscular strength, Flexibility, Body composition, Cardiovascular endurance, Balance.
