• I started working with the company as a full time server at the Marisol Restaurant by the Beach Club mainly working breakfast and lunch hours and help out evening shifts when I can with the weekly availability.Last 2 months I was asked to become a trainer with the new staff to make sure get them proper training and trained new team members on restaurant procedures, menu items, and performance strategies. Mentored new hires through the training process, ensuring they became productive team members quickly and efficiently. I have started working with the company as a part time server and also work at the Bar as needed. My duties are always be on time for my shift and get the restaurant ready for dinner service by completing opening side duties. Always engage with our guests to understand their needs.
