  • Manage Chairman's corporate expenses, monitor corporate budget, manage philanthropic funds, interact with donors and coordinate executive meetings. Act as liaison with multiple departments as well as external institutions and executives.

  • Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access

  • Host and organize details of corporate events and meetings (including logistics for meeting facilities -telephone and video conferencing). Coordinate travel of PI's and visitors, create corporate agendas as well as manage the daily calendar of each PI. Manage complex and frequently changing international and domestic travel arrangements, create expense reports, budgets and filing systems
  • Lead and manage Administration projects as needed. Develop, deliver and manage training, mentoring and meetings for new and senior administrative assistants. Developed the first Lunch and Learn series for Administrative Assistants. Optimize Administrative Development strategies with clear advice on course choices, progression and career options.
  • Works with internal departments to resolve outstanding administrative regards. Prepare purchase orders for vendors/contractors, monitored budget accounts.
  • Process payroll via MSK Time and track annual vacation records of lab employees. Research proposed and implemented vendor services to decrease organizational costs.
  • Streamline workflow and consolidate lengthy processes, resulting in more effective and timely completion of core administrative functions

  • Support Development teams, creating, deploying and optimizing database for philanthropic review for clients.
