I started at Talbot's as a sales clerk and within a month was placed into a store manager role. Within 6 months I was organizing events to help raise awareness and money for non-profits in our area, with Talbots being our back drop. I enjoyed the role, but at this time in my career, I would like to be an individual contributor, not managing people.
