I worked for Red Lobster for 31 years. I started as a grill cook and within a year I was the lead cook and opened two other Red Lobsters. I worked as the lead cook and a hourly assistant manager for nine years. I was promoted to manager 22 years ago and have worked as Beverage ,Service, and Culinary manager. I filled in as active general manager two times for eight months each time with no other managers on staff. In my years of service at Kelso Red Lobster I won the Light House award two time. The Light House award is the top performers in the company for the year.
