• Provided efficient and safe delivery and pick-up of packages and documents, while representing the company in a professional manner.
• Ensured that packages conform to FedEx features of service, that proper labeling is provided, and that all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate.
• Answered customer questions on FedEx features of service and keeps customers informed about the company and its services.

• Was a Swing Driver for 6 ½ Years covering open routes due to Vacation coverage and call ins.
