Responsible for 20+ Indeed sites across LATAM, MENA, and CEE serving 20M+ job seekers on a monthly basis with a team of 3 managers and up to 20 product analysts, as well as 6 International Product Managers.

• Developed strategy for international-focused product development and aligned it up to C-suite level leadership. This led to departmental shift to Product away from Operations and founded a new International Product Management group.
• Helped launch and grow six new Indeed sites in emerging markets.

Led Brazil from 5M to 8M monthly visitors through efforts in job aggregation, job moderation, online marketing, translation, and partnerships.
