I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA, and I am looking to expand my career in Human Resources with the knowledge I have from my current position as an HR Assistant/Recruiter at Connexus Human Service Network, along with continuing my education. Enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant with experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and full-cycle recruiting. Policy Expertise & Compliance: Provide high-level guidance on complex Human Resource regulations, including collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and Executive Board Amendments to ensure facility-wide compliance.
Time & Attendance Auditing: Oversee and audit timekeeper entries for SCI-Somerset and SCI-Laurel Highlands, conducting post-audit reviews to verify accuracy in overtime pay and leave substitutions.
Systems Administration: Utilize SAP to analyze error reports, research transactions, and input work schedule changes, ensuring data integrity across personnel records.
Consultative Support: Act as a subject matter expert for timekeepers and staff, providing technical training on standard and combined leave programs and resolving inquiries regarding personnel rules.
Classification & Compensation Monitoring: Track and monitor Temporary Working Out of Classification (TWOC) assignments and holiday usage to ensure adherence to state pay schedules and management directives.
Operational Oversight: Investigate attendance and absence issues, recommending corrective actions to timekeepers to maintain operational efficiency and payroll accuracy.
