I worked for Coggin Toyota for the past 10 years my job duties were meet and greet customers , needs and wants of customers, finding there hot buttons on the vehicle there interested in weather it be speed, or safety or comfort or style i would concentrate my demo on there hot buttons . test drive , asking some trial closing questions on test ride , write up go over numbers close them . While waiting to go to finance would tell them the benefits of having a warranty on there vehicle .I also did silent walk around on there trade if there was one do devalue it just touching in bad areas . I also did a lot of follow up on present and past and future customers . I took incoming sales called and went for the appointment and all the callers information and vehicle interested in. I also advertised on facebook with pictures of our inventory and sold alot off of facebook .I love auto sales just did not like the 70 hours a week anymore . Before working for CogginToyota i worked for Auto Nation from 2002 through 2011 that is where my adventure began in the auto sales , i retired in June 2021 i love the fast paced environment and meeting people i am a people person i have sold alot of cars over the years and the car business has been an excellent career. And would love to get back in it again !
