Work History

Vice President – Customer Solutions

Biocair Inc
01.2021 - 01.2025
  • Acted as the Global Account Manager for two of Biocair’s largest clients – one pharma company and one CRO. Providing Operational support for their most complex shipments. While also acting as the account lead in contract and rate negotiations.
  • Created unique shipping solutions utilizing packaging and lane analysis to ensure the client’s products were moving at the correct temperatures and within the required timelines and cost basis.
  • Negotiated rate card amendments to both simplify the pricing and expand on the lanes that were covered by the fixed pricing. This led to a faster billing process and fewer invoices being rejected. The result being a better cash flow position for Biocair.
  • Was the lead Biocair representative, for both key customers I was managing, during global contract renewal negotiations. Both customers extended their Biocair contracts for a further two years with the agreements signed in late 2023.
  • Built dedicated global teams to support these clients, by bringing together colleagues from operations, transport, pricing, billing, and sales to ensure these clients received the most consistent and high-quality service Biocair could provide.
  • Acted as the escalation contact for complex shipping issues and high priority shipments that the clients needed to be managed with additional care or required a highly specialist or promptly implemented solution.
  • Remote

  • Managed all aspects of the relocation of the Biocair Boston, MA operations into a new facility that was twice the size of the existing location. Overseeing the move from site selection through design and build out of the space, and supplier selection for the project.

  • Created unique pricing structures for these one-off shipments, or rate card pricing for projects with multiple shipments. Gathering and analyzing the cost base to ensure profit targets were met while delivering excellence for the clients.
  • Researched new packaging solutions to bring higher quality packaging, new monitoring devices and better packaging preparation into the Biocair standard ways of working.
