Thomas “TC” Daly has 10 Years cannabis experience. 2 Years in small medical operations and 6 years working with large multi-state operations. TC has experience in lean manufacturing practices and is an expert in taking small and startup operations and adapting them to the markets they operate in, transforming them into cost conscious profitable entities. He has experience in both standalone wholesale only businesses as well as vast experience in vertically integrating businesses. TC enjoys the dirty work that new businesses tend to overlook, whether that is implementing compliant systems and SOPs or just making sure the product is packaged and distributed in the most efficient way he enjoys diving into the business and doing what it takes to make it a successful main stay in the market. He is a master of team building and truly believes that a cannabis companies’ culture and people are the backbone to its success. He is an extraction/production expert who focuses on design, R&D and formulations who takes pride in the fact that he can take plant by product and turn “trash into cash”.
