Most recently, I gained experience as a Patient Care Coordinator at Memorial Eye Center, where I assisted patients through the scheduling and registration process, verified insurance coverage, coordinated referrals, maintained medical documentation, and supported efficient office operations in a fast-paced specialty care environment.
