Working closely with an amazing TEAM, ensured consistent operating procedures were followed by morning, evening, and late night staff. FIFO, produce ordering, cleanliness, and organization were daily points of emphasis. Along with an emphasis on multitasking, memorization, and cash handling, this has also been an opportunity to realign with my ideals about noble service with a smile, while working along side a team of sincere and caring coworkers. In addition, the ability to learn the Great Game of Business with an open book format has been an eye opening experience.
