
I started working as a guest service agent at the Hampton Inn when I was 17. That job showed me the benefits of customer service and I haven't worked a day since that I didn't look back and appreciate what I learned at the hotel. From the hotel, I went into tele-marketing at a local firm and I admit I excelled more than I imagined. I relocated to Charlottesville, VA and that's where I fell in love with food. I was afforded the opportunity to manage a private club, i became a hotel supervisor, and managed a small start-up companies' product sales and marketing. I've taken a little from each of the chapters of my life to complete the current ME. If i had one word to describe my personality in general- it would be 'accommodating'.
