  • My current role as Human Resources Benefits Manager insures that all employee benefit programs for our 700+ employees are operating within the guidelines of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe and are fully compliant with applicable federal and state regulations. My role requires adherence to the policies, procedures, internal controls, and objectives of the Tribe in managing our comprehensive benefits package.
  • My duties include the day to day maintenance of our Self-Funded Employee Health Plan, Employer Paid and Voluntary Life Insurances, Supplemental Coverages (hospital, accident, critical illness), Flexible Spending Account , Statutory and Enhanced Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Family and Medical Leave, Paid Family Leave, Workers' Compensation, and 401(k) Plan.
  • I have expert knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and was instrumental in adding the ADP benefits module to complement our ADP payroll module.
  • I build the benefit plans, rate tables, and employee benefit eligibility categories in ADP. In addition, I work closely with our payroll specialist to insure that the the plan setups align with the payroll deductions. I also personally manage and audit our 5500 filings and 1095s/1094s.
