I began my professional career with a solid foundation. Education. My education laid the framework for me to choose a fulfilling career. I’ve changed careers a few times in the subsequent years. I’ve even had the opportunity to be an entrepreneur. Throughout my career and entrepreneurial endeavors, I maintained a family and raised my children, but I had the benefit of helping others along the way. - Main responsibilities: to maintain an environment conducive to learning. Provide technical support, as many of the students are online maintaining good, uninterrupted technology is imperative so that the students can execute the work and turn it in on time. Also, I work as a parental liaison helping students and parents navigate the grading system. I make sure work is turned in on time and make sure there is no missing work, etc. Finally, I enact tutoring (when necessary) and help students understand their lessons to enable them to make the best grades possible.

- Owned a photography business while being a homemaker and mom. I also gave occasional fitness classes (as I was a certified AFAA Group Exercise Instructor).
- I provided excellent customer service and followed up with clients even after my assignment was completed. Customers often returned to The Lavender Room photography for repeat business.

- In addition, I performed front dest tasks and occasional cashiering tasks as well as sterilization of instruments and tools.
- Finally, as radiology is an integral part of dentistry, as a dental hygienist we also administer radiographs for the dentist interpretation of disease or pathology.

- I had the brief but monumental opportunity to return as an instructor to one of the educational institutions that I graduated from.
- I was a lab instructor, which meant I had the weighty responsibility of demonstrating the proper way to be a dental hygienist. I gave hands on skill and graded students on executing those skills. My hectic schedule as a hygienist made continuing on long term less advantageous, but it was a priceless experience nonetheless.
