- Responsible for the overall management of the Fixed Wing Transport’s International Transport commercial derivative aircraft assigned to Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Forces Command (FORSCOM), Air Traffic Services Command (ATSCOM), and all Active Army Component C-12 aircraft.
- Responsible for cost, schedule, and performance, including technical/financial solutions, of associated delivery orders.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with the Golden Knights UV-18C sustainment and DHC-8 jump platform contract execution/modifications, fielding, sustainment, and production, and legacy C-31A sustainment and divestment; United States Military Academy Cessna 182 maintenance and tech refresh, program requirements update (directed/unfunded), alternative sourcing courses of action, other government agency agreements/contracting, securing unexpended funding, and rapid contract execution to secure two new Cessna T206H aircraft; United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) fixed wing training C-12Us.
- Provide project office oversight of Air Traffic Services Command (ATSCOM) flight check C-12S aircraft modernization and sustainment and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) Analytical and Remediation Activity C-12J sustainment (including waiver for non-standard livery).
- Coordinate with Project Office leads and Active Army C-12 units in Korea and Germany to complete tech refresh of aging aircraft with minimum impact to operations.
- Multiple programs include contract change, aircraft divestment, aircraft fielding, and acquisition projects.
- Provide competent written and oral communication to seamlessly integrate activities performed across multiple independent US Army, other government, and commercial organizations.
- Take proactive action to ensure quality products and services are delivered.
- Provide training and mentoring to new Fixed Wing personnel across various fields and levels of expertise, as required, to enhance teammate situational awareness and improve collaboration
- Manage an eight–member Fixed Wing Support Department, comprised of subject matter experts, logistics analysts, COMSEC analysts, and program analysts.
