I have completed assignment in the following States: Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Overseen various development projects. Performed due diligence studies and valuations of properties which included research on zoning ordinances, construction regulations, and environmental restrictions. Negotiated the purchase of vacant land and managed the work of architects, construction companies. Accomplished rezoning and subdividing of land parcels when necessary. In due deligent phase, I have engaged in calculating soft costs and construction costs in detail analysis including impact fees, building permits, and other costs. I was able to accomplished these task by soliciting bids from contractors, architects, and other licensed professionals as required per project. Also worked with Zoning, Building and Environmental Departments, Economic Development Commissions of various Cities and Counties to achieve smooth development in a timely manner.
