  • Assist the Rigging Director and Properties with equipment inspections, ensuring that all chain hoists, truss, and rigging hardware remain in compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide expertise and hands-on support during critical maintenance tasks or large-scale inspections
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to manage the transfer of rigging equipment within the region and to external locations as required.
  • Ensure that equipment is properly prepared, tracked, and delivered on schedule for events
  • Serve as the onsite Rigging Lead for large-scale events at regional properties where Inspire holds exclusive rigging contracts.
  • Ensure the proper execution of rigging plans, compliance with safety standards, and oversight of local rigging teams to protect the company's interests.
  • Act as the point of contact for rigging-related concerns during events, providing leadership and ensuring Inspire’s reputation for safety and excellence
  • Assist the Director of Rigging in organizing and executing internal regional rigging training programs.
  • Provide mentorship and skill development opportunities for local and Inspire-employed riggers
  • Provides Training and Certifications to technicians for forklift, scissor lift, and boom lifts at rigging properties and to other eligible INSPIRE team members
