  • Prepare and review mortgage Loan closing documents for accuracy and completeness while ensuring all underwriting conditions are met.
  • Coordinate the delivery of closing documents to the title company or closing attorney.
  • Work with title Company or closing attorney to finalize the Final Closing Disclosure or Final HUD one for closing
  • Request wire amount from warehouse bank for lender funds to be sent to closing and ensure wire amount balances to Final Closing Disclosure or settlement statement
  • Prepare initial Closing Disclosure to be sent to buyer for Signature to adhere to Federal Guidelines (TRID)
