Tyjiana Morrison

I work in the healthcare department where I retrieve medical records for different insurance companies. I started out as a level one agent and was promoted to level two within my first year at the company. I have worked a lot of specialty projects including duplicates, HEDIS, and Elevance MRA. I have worked with the vibes community to plan and run games for my team. I am always helping my team out in the chat when they have questions on processes and facility issues. I like to take initiative and help out whenever I can. It has helped me before more reliable to my team and team lead and opened a lot of opportunities for me.

I was responsible for training new employees and maintaining service times. Training new employees helped me put myself in a leadership role and taught me how to take initiative. I worked everything from the drive-thru and shakes station to the grill and fry station. I assist my managers maintaining prep, helping run breaks, and complaints. Through all of these different tasks and activities it helped me improve my customer service skills and multitasking ability.
