• During this State Farm CAT deployment I was able to work wind, hail and tornadoes, which consisted predominantly 2 story steep roofs.
• Worked with several PA's as well as attorneys to handle claim to satisfaction.
• Clarified coverage of losses to policyholders and provided assistance in itemizing damages and finding alternative living arrangements.
• Developed and maintained working relationships with independent adjusters and contractors to assist in prompt claims handling.

• Prepared sketch of floor plan and roofline and entered data into Xactimate to develop line-by-line item costs of damages.

• While working with State Farm during this proximity deployment I was able to work, large loss due to fires and water, BUSD, mitigation, hail and wind, hiring engineers, reconciliations, settled and closed claims from start to finish.
• Made recommendations to manager on damages exceeding adjuster's authority.
• Reviewed bills, estimates and proofs of loss prior to making settlement and payment of claim.
• Examined claims forms and other records to determine insurance coverage.
• Reviewed and analyzed suspicious and potentially fraudulent insurance claims.

• Developed and maintained working relationships with independent adjusters and contractors to assist in prompt claims handling.
• Used Xactimate to compile estimates for personal property and structure damage.

• Worked from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings, on roofs and on towers.

• Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.
• Clamped, held, tack-welded, heat-bent and bolted component parts to achieve required configurations and positions.
