  • Over the course of 11 years at MFRM, I led numerous departments and special projects, serving as a principal contributor or team leader in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, product development, vendor relations, emerging markets, multi-channel sales, warehousing and supply chain, importing, and store operations.
  • In five years, I led the expansion of the Events & Expositions department, growing its revenue from $10 million to $100 million and doubling the average EBITDA percentage of stores. This growth was realized by seizing opportunities for incremental sales, with 40% of the revenue coming from non-sleep related products. The sales team expanded from 10 to over 150 members in this time frame.
  • From the initial concept to the final execution, I was responsible for launching Mattress Firm's inaugural Luxury Home Health & Wellness brand, "Rest & Relax," after three record setting locations in Houston I was given the approval for converting 25 Nationwide locations to run alongside and support our Event department, which was revoked following Mattress Firm's bankruptcy filing.
  • I managed Store Operations for the North Division, the largest at MFRM with 1,800 locations. Through the deployment of Tableau and the training of Market Leaders in data visualization, we enhanced key metrics and store KPIs universally, while also advancing our Sales Leaders' development.
  • I was handpicked and endorsed by MFRM's C-Suite to be one of eight individuals working in MFRM's Innovation Department, in conjunction with my existing duties. In this role, I contributed to and pitched new ideas, and carried out those that were approved. Examples available upon request.
  • Demonstrated success as a high-level producer and leader in sales. Distinguished as the first salesperson to achieve one million dollars in sales solely through massage chairs and a product category distinct from mattresses.
