I was responsible for answering customers questions and resolving their concerns, such as: billing, upgrading, canceling, suspending service, etc.

I was responsible for building the beginning of our biggest air conditioning units which are called bases. I was required to build at least 7 a day.

I was responsible for loading the filled carts onto trucks.

I was responsible for interviews, training, inventory, paperwork, making the schedule, cash-drops, covering no call-no shows, etc.
