
New Mexico native with 31 years of pharmacy experience. Began career with Walgreens in 1993 as a pharmacy technician before advancing to pharmacy intern until graduation from the UNM College of Pharmacy in 1999. Worked as a staff pharmacist at various Walgreens locations until accepting Pharmacist-In-Charge position in 2007 for a large long-term care pharmacy. Became pharmacy manager for a grocery chain in 2016 and used superior customer service to guide the location from the lowest performing store in New Mexico to the pharmacy with the highest prescription volume and revenue dollars. Once the pandemic started, collaborated with the New Mexico Department of Aging to conduct pop-up vaccine clinics at nursing homes and senior centers throughout New Mexico. Received local and national recognition in 2021 for administering 40,000 COVID vaccinations over a 6 month period.

Accepted position as Immunization Program Manager in October 2021 for a local independent pharmacy chain called Best Buy Drugs and Rx Innovations. Immediately built a team of vaccinators and technicians that administered over 115,000 doses of flu and COVID vaccines and billed PBMs over $4,500,000.
