• Work directly with merchants via call, text, and email
• Evaluate each account to determine next step
• Note their files every time contact is made and add any documents we receive (agreements, legal documents, bank statements)
• Assist in approving altered payment plans by reviewing merchants bank statements and calculating revenue and percentage company is entitled to
• Send merchants legal documents such as contracts and altered agreement plans
• Escalat accounts to legal team as necessary
