I’m Varsha Paineni, a dedicated and well-rounded student with a strong passion for leadership, service, and personal growth. As a competitive tennis player, I’ve competed in state-level tournaments, which have taught me discipline, resilience, and mental focus. I’m actively involved in DECA, Key Club, and Rutgers Model Congress, where I’ve built skills in public speaking, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.
Professionally, I work as a front desk receptionist, where I interact with clients, manage appointments, and ensure smooth daily operations—gaining valuable experience in communication, organization, and professionalism. Outside of work and school, I’m deeply committed to volunteering, including helping children with disabilities, supporting hospital staff, and working with Second Serve to provide tennis gear to underserved communities.
In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym, cooking, baking, and traveling. I’m always looking for new ways to grow, challenge myself, and make a positive impact on the people and communities around me.
