The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for reviewing emergency (911) and non-emergency calls from the public and other public safety agencies to ensure standards and best practice are being met. Duties also include providing feedback to employees, directing training based on QA trends and providing overall performance stats to our stakeholders. Other duties include answering 911 calls during times of high call volume and dispatching fire and EMS apparatus to medical and fire calls from the public.

Oversaw the day to day operations of a county-wide 911 emergency system. Duties included employee education and guidance, technical troubleshooting, working with partner public safety agencies, approving police reports within FBI standards, and overflow processing of 911 and non-emergency calls for service from the public.

Processed 911 emergency calls from the public in a high stress, fast paced environment. Answered non-emergency calls and wrote police reports in compliance with FBI standards. Worked with partner public safety agencies to ensure responder and citizen safety during emergencies. Displayed strong customer service and information gathering skills in critical situations.
