• Work with a continuous improvement mindset and seek opportunities to maximize the Workday investment at PURE for all HR modules
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholders realizes they are required
• Responsible for all HROps IT support across geographies and implementation of new features that suit the business model and automate the manual processes and increase rate of return on investment in the workday ecosystem
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday across HR modules and system administration including the periodic activities involved in the human resources
• Responsible for all technical and functional projects involved in Workday HR and the down/upstream systems where workday is a single source of truth
• Manage HRIS team and provide direction and training on daily HRIS functions such as user and systems support, security and reporting
• Responsible for designing and introducing new processes in IT that simplify and effectively manage the user experience and employee support
• Responsible for maintaining and SOX compliance and periodic audits to ensure the SOX compliance are being met
• Efficiently manage the external resources within the allowed budget limits and operate cost efficiently to meet the business needs.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to implement and maintain HR system solutions and enhance functionality in support of evolving business needs
• Enhance the existing functionality and supporting (both Functional and Integration) activities by working with various stake holders
• Review and assess impact of enhancement requests on existing Workday configurations, plan, design and assign enhancement requests to various team members (vendors)
• Leads all HR System projects including application enhancements/upgrades, new functionality deployment and/or new application implementations
• Maintains detailed understanding of various business processes, recommends roadmap direction, alters current inefficiencies, and actively influences design decisions
• Primarily responsible for Total Rewards which includes Open Enrollment, Compensation Cycle , Bonus , Stock and year end maintenance
• Partners with HR colleagues to build, automate, and maintain standard HR Reporting/Dashboards
• Architect, design, implementation, and maintenance of security configurations across all modules.

• Provide complete functional and technical support to business and functional areas and other internal customers, in use of Workday HCM primarily and Finance

• Serving as primary Workday configurations, Integrations, BIRTs and administration expert for all HCM modules functionality including end-to-end implementation and testing and development of custom reports and analytics including dashboards
• Managing the Security Administration for all system users, testing & deployment of new enhancements and enabling their related security through standard operating procedures and making the security reports available for audit committee as needed
• Responsible for Integrations support including troubleshooting and building/enhancing both Workday packaged and custom integrations using Workday Studio and other web technologies
• Responsible for supporting BIRT technologies used in TrueCar Customer Invoice, Consolidated Invoice, Statements layouts and other BIRT designs in HCM
• Responsible for understanding and translating business requirements into workday solutions and execute the projects playing multiple roles (Project manager, business analyst and implementer)
• Sole responsible for driving and implementing company adhoc events like acquisitions and divestiture, and periodic HR events like Compensation Cycles in workday through automation and Open enrollment process in workday.

• Analyzed customers HR business needs through client working sessions and supported development of new Workday HCM Core Business Processes and future state design
• Creating new business processes and notifications in deployment and sandbox tenants based on designed business flow diagrams
• Created and used calculated fields in reporting, business processes, integrations and other areas within Workday
• Created custom integrations with third party applications using and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Core Connectors
• Day to day support of Workday HCM, Business Process, Security, Absence Management and New Reporting requirements and troubleshoot Reporting issues/updates.
